Barmston Beach is one of the smaller holiday parks with a choice of 2 or 3 bedroomed caravans, which sleep between 4 and 8 people, within 4 categories - bronze, silver, gold and platinum. All caravans offer lounge, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms with TVs, microwaves inclusive gas and electricity.

Pets are allowed in the lower grade caravans, whilst the higher grades offer heating to all parts of the caravan.

Bridlington

- 15 mins drive

The family seaside town of Bridlington isa short drive up the coast, and is very much a traditional seaside resort with a fishing harbour, plenty of amusement arcades, restaurants and a small fun fair.

If the weather turns then a visit to Bridlington Leisure World, an indoor water park with slides, wave pool and rains storm.

Worth a visit even if the weather is fine. this family complex boasts 3 pools, including a wave pool and a learner pool for the little ones. Two large water slides and a the 'rain storm' will ensure hours of fun. The complex also includes a cafe,sports hall and extensive training facilities.

 

 

Flambourough Head

- 30 mins

This famous chalk headland sticks out on the Yorkshire coastline for ovr 6 miles and stands 400 ft high. The surrounding area is rich in nature reserves and nesting birds, venture down to the beach for some scenic coves, sea caves and stacks. There are two lighthouses at Flamborough, one dating from 1674 and the newer one from 1806, which is open for tours during the summer months.
